Almond Meal: Almond meal is a low-carb, high-fibre ingredient that adds a rich, nutty flavour to your bread. It’s also an excellent source of healthy fats and vitamin E, making your breakfast both tasty and nutritious.
Ground Psyllium Husk: Psyllium husk is a keto-friendly fibre that provides essential dietary fibre to support digestion and promote a feeling of fullness, preventing cravings and snacking throughout the day.
