Collagen Creamer Smooth (Natural) Ingredients

Coconut Milk Powder, Pasture Raised Collagen, Coconut MCT Oil Powder, Sunflower lecithin (0.1%)

Coconut Milk Powder: Coconut milk powder is a fine white powder that comes in a pouch. In essence, dried coconut milk is more versatile and long-lasting. However, brands use different manufacturing procedures and ingredients, so always check it out. It is a shelf-stable component. At the same time, many use it in dry applications, confectionery goods, or any recipe that asks for coconut milk.

Pasture Raised Collagen: It is from pasture-raised, grass-fed cattle. Types I and III of bovine collagen are abundant in the human body. These types of collagens coexist in the body and provide comparable roles. They both contribute to the health and structure of the skin, muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones, blood vessels, and organs.

Coconut MCT Oil Powder: MCT Oil Powder is a powdered medium-chain triglyceride oil derived from coconut (MCT Oil). C8: Caprylic Acid – Caprylic acid (octanoic acid) and C10: Capric Acid – Capric acid (also known as decanoic acid or decylic acid) is both medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA).

Sunflower lecithin: The second most popular commercial lecithin is sunflower lecithin. It is considered a more organic lecithin source than other lecithin forms since it is extracted from sunflowers by cold pressing or dehydration.

Sunflower lecithin has a high concentration of choline, an important ingredient equivalent to B vitamins. It governs essential biological activities, particularly the nervous system. Choline turned into acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter involved in learning, memory, and other brain functions.

Sunflower lecithin is the healthier choice since, unlike soy lecithin, it is extracted using cold pressing rather than solvents, is less likely to produce allergic responses, does not boost oestrogen production, and is easier to store.
