JUST ADD: 2-3 TBSPs of Grass-fed melted butter or vegan butter to the packet mix (add 2 tsp lemon juice or grated lemon rind for extra zest – optional). Press into small square silicon moulds, let set in the fridge for a few minutes,  eat as is or top or roll in shredded coconut or your favourite keto lemon icing.
