This paleo bircher muesli has no preservatives, vegetable oil or added sugar on any of the dried fruit, no cheap fillers – it’s all top quality, 100% Paleo.

Like the Blend11, you must activate overnight for optimum nutrition. Ingredients are certified organic wherever possible – usually 10 out of 13.

You can add Blend13, a functional food booster, to smoothies, yoghurts, shakes, muesli or cereal. If you have IBS/FODMAP sensitivities, it’s better to start with Blend11 because it’s FODMAP-friendly, while Blend13 has higher FODMAP levels due to the extra dried fruits.

Direction For Use

Blend13 must be activated or soaked overnight (same as Blend11, as per instructions) to ensure ease of digestion & maximum nutrient absorption.

Blend13 complements coconut yoghurt beautifully for those following strict Paleo, or they can add it to Paleo-friendly smoothies and shakes. The blend contains all the fruit, making it almost tasty enough to eat on its own.

Regular Blend13 users can use it similarly to Blend11 for making balls, Bircher, bars, or breakfast toppers. However, be cautious while adding sweetness since the product contains some fruit.
