How is Bone Broth made?

We add roasted beef bones to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximize mineral extraction) and then slow-cook them for 48 hours. We strain the broth for impurities and skim off the fat from the top. Then, we gently refractance dry it into a powder while taking care to preserve the nutritional profile.
