Almond meal, Ground Psyllium Husk, Linseed meal, Whole Linseeds, Gluten-free Baking Powder, Salt

Key Benefits

Almond meal

Rich in healthy fats and protein, almond meal is a low-carbohydrate alternative to wheat flour, making it suitable for people following a low-carb or gluten-free diet.

Ground psyllium husk

A rich source of soluble fibre, psyllium husk can help promote regularity and improve digestive health.

Linseed meal

Also known as flaxseed meal, linseed meal is high in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, making it beneficial for heart health and digestion.

Whole linseeds

Like a linseed meal, whole linseeds are also a great source of fibre and healthy fats.

Gluten-free baking powder

Used as a leavening agent, the gluten-free baking powder helps create a light and fluffy texture in baked goods without using wheat flour.

Used to enhance the flavour of the bread, salt also helps to regulate fluid balance in the body and can support proper nerve and muscle function.
